He said the 200% increase was interest/taxes. Told him take it off, he changed it to $9 a month so $648 total. Again it's kind of a game of throw some options and numbers and see what sticks. I will give them this, they are far less pushy about the add ons than other places. On one of our rams, after we told that guy NO a dozen times, he literally tried a barebones package for $60 a month and tried to guilt trip us. "Come on, you at least gotta let me win that much". Would never recommend young! All in all a good experience, especially if you are looking to negotiate, far better than the other places we went to.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever encountered. Initially they did not have the color car I wanted but after the terrible explore at Young Kia, we went to them and worked out a lease. I cannot say enough nice things about Jeff, Karina and Kevin at Jerry Seiner. They made the very complicated process of correcting Young’s mistakes so pleasant and painless. They were so patient and eased all of our fears and concerns about breaking the deal with Young. Initially they did not have the color that I wanted but they were so determined to make someone else’s mistakes right (and rebound our negative opinion and faith in Kia), they were able to get me to the monthly payments I had originally agreed on for an upgraded car. They threw in BOTH cloth and all weather floor mats (something Young had quibbled over). They followed up everyday until the lending was secure and in the days after I make sure everything was ok.

Dru got me the exact deal I wanted in under 15 minutes. Made the car buying experience the easiest it’s ever been!

Jerry Seiner Kia was AMAZING to work with. Everyone involved from our saleswoman Karina, to the sales manager Jeff and our finance manager Kevin were INCREDIBLY helpful and great to work with. Without going into too much detail, we had some major issues with another Kia dealership and reached out to Jerry Seiner for advice. I was able to talk with Jeff and he did everything in his power to help us out and get us what we wanted. It was a night and day difference from the other dealership in terms of the experience. In addition to all the support we received for the main purchase of a vehicle I was really impressed with their aftermarket accessories options. Mikey has put together a program where you can get everything from common stuff like floor mats and cross bars all the way up to premium leather seats with built in massagers. This is stuff that Kia does not offer and I think it’s super cool that they have someone in house offering those kind of upgrades. We didn’t purchase any but I’m glad they were there and from looking at his work on some of the show vehicles it all looks VERY nice. Overall one of the best dealership experiences I’ve had. Everyone involved was awesome.

I had a great purchasing experience. In particular working with the sales rep, Dru, Was great. Over three or four meetings, he helped me navigate selecting the model. I wanted, picking out colors, deciding whether to buy new or used, and getting through to the final purchase. Felt like they did a nice job of trying to guide me for what I needed and not prioritize just their need to sell cars.

Got me into a new car without significantly increasing payment. Very nice and professional. Dru was awesome.

It pays to shop around, and negotiate. This was the third dealer we had talked about for a $44000 vehicle. After careful negotiations, and having backup offers, we started at $44000 vehicle, only $4000 trade in, and a 6.6% interest. Hours of negotiation, we ended with a 9000$ trade in, and 4% interest. Saving us several thousands on the end, and reducing our monthly payment by about $130. While i appreciate them working with us, this could also be taken as testament of "greasy car salesmen" When you agree to the final offer, and after almost an hour of waiting for the "financing department" you go into the final office where they try to upsell you on more stuff. Extended warranty, windshield coverage, extra oil changes etc etc. We turned down it all. The x6 free windshields for $12 monthly which comes to about $900 total made sense for us. Even one windshield could be more than that. Then when he showed us, our monthly payment had gone up 25$.... asked him what that was about, was told it was "taxes". so i guess taxes on a monthly payment increase are more than 50%? Lol. Told him go ahead and take it off... He reworked the numbers and got it down to 8$ a month.... Again, partially appreciated, but more testament to how it's a game, how car dealers are overpriced and have PLENTY of room to haggle. Took about 5 hours for the full process. We did not test drive, but we had been shopping around so we knew the vehicle. Was also laughing when in the showroom, they had the upgraded version of our vehicle that had been a loaner vehicle, had 2000 miles on it, good bit of faded plastic, and had a $5000 sale from $55000... The irony, if that vehicle had been traded in in that condition, i'm sure the actual depreciation would be more like $10-15k off. As far as buying a new car experience goes, nothing out of the ordinary. This is our 6th new car purchase. We've been around, it's pretty common. I can't stress enough, negotiate, get multiple offers. Oh and check online for sales. Another company had also the 4% on their website, yet quoted us the 6.6%. Jerry when we called we said that was a make or break for us, had to be 4%. THey worked it in. Do your homework. Also recommend, don't bring young kids, be ready to stay a while if you pull the trigger. This seems standard for any new vehicle purchase. Even the ones we bought outright and didn't need credit checks, still they like to take their sweet time!

Quick and easy. They were fair and not pushy. Bought a new 2027 telluride. Gave us a good number on our trade in!

Very easy process, Jeff Provenzano was great to work with.

I worked with Noah, Liam, Mikey, and the inimitable Kodee. All around a great time. Like the car. They worked with us. What can I say? As far as buying cars go it was about as smooth as it could be. 10/10. No notes. Noah and Liam were incredible patient while we sold our car for the down payment. Had oil change service here on Friday early morning as that was the earliest they had. They recommended changing both engine and cabin air filter but their cost was more than the service was worth as it is a simple job for anyone with car knowledge to do. While doing this I decided to check their work and found the oil level exceeded the max level on the dip stick. Attempted calling them three times to check to see if this level was acceptable for a turbo engine only to keep getting switched to the scheduling desk. Asked to be transferred to a service adviser but instead was given "direct" phone numbers to a service advisor, service manager and finally the general manager (which I specifically requested) because of the hassle I had just trying to reach the service department. I called these numbers provided which went directly to voicemail except for the general manager which I got a Verizon recording stating "not serviceable". I have had terrible before but this terrible. UPDATE Received text from service manager early next morning and after some conversation was invited back to correct previous service done. Was met at the garage door and vehicle was immediately taken in. Had corrective measure completed and on my way within 30 minutes. I appreciate the expedited service although it shouldn't have happened in the first place. Until this visit never had a problem before so guess there is a first time.

Liam, Dru, Patrick, & Kevin made the car buying experience easy. They were helpful, straightforward, & listened. I would highly recommend purchasing a car from this dealer - I never felt like I was getting the run around. I loathe buying cars because of the process it can become - I never felt that way with this car buying experience!
