Overall, our car-buying experience at Jerry Seiner Kia was good and mostly positive, but still came with the frustrating lack of transparency that the industry is known for. Our salesperson and the sales manager with whom we worked were very nice, helpful and professional. We ultimately reached a deal we were comfortable with, and I would definitely consider buying from Jerry Seiner again. That said, as is typical in the industry, the buying process was long and exhausting. From initial test drive to finally driving away, we were there for over 4.5 hours. Pricing was unnecessarily confusing, with plenty of fine print and exclusions from Kia on their advertised discounts. It took a lot of effort to understand exactly which incentives applied but the sales manager was very helpful in explaining the incentives and fine print from Kia. My biggest concern came during the finance portion. A several hundred-dollar service agreement that we’d never discussed or agreed appeared in the paperwork. In past vehicle purchases, the finance manager has gone through the sales contract line by line and explained every charge before asking for signatures. Here, the paperwork was printed and presented for signature in a rushed manner, without explanation. Fortunately, I reviewed the contract, noticed the additional charge, and had it removed. Unfortunately, these kinds of practices seem far too common in the car business. My advice to anyone buying at any dealership is to carefully review every line of the purchase agreement before signing. Overall, Jerry Seiner was a step above other dealerships I’ve dealt with. The people were pleasant and the final deal was acceptable, but the process could be significantly improved by being faster, more transparent about advertised incentives, and more straightforward about optional products and fees.

We had a great experience choosing a new car here. We had a couple other cars to test drive at another dealership, and they were very friendly and understanding. We came back to test a slightly different model and fell in love with the car. It was a good experience all around. They even told us what extra packages were unnecessarily for our needs and had us put a smaller down payment on the lease so we'd have a great start to saving up to buy the car outright in 3 years if we go that route.

We were traveling in a 2024 GMC 3500HD pulling our RV. We experienced a mechanical issue that was going to disrupt our scheduled travel to the Tetons & Yellowstone! While one of the Jerry Seiner dealerships was scheduling the repair of our truck, we found a 2026 GMC 3500HD at another of their dealerships. Their fleet manager (Josh Spenst) secured a very fair trade value on our truck located in their other dealership service dept. The on-line price for the new truck was fair as well! (We feel better than we could have gotten back in our home state of Texas)! For us in our early 70’s, this was majorly one the easiest vehicle purchases we will ever experience!
