Recently decided to end my current lease and upgrade to a new K4 Hatchback. This location has always been great and they always make it easy. I got a car at a price I want and have loved it. I’m looking forward to the future with Kia and owning this car.

Staff was very kind and patient with test drives and questions. Time spent between deal agreement and leaving with the car was incredibly long and communication really stopped through that time. We sat for hours not knowing anything other than “we are getting the car ready”. Lots of unnecessary talk about extended warranty options that could have been skipped had they asked us what our needs were first. Overall fine experience but just took way too long.
